From time to time, after starting, my ROM won't go over 1g. I have excessive whistle and a ton of black smoke. ( 2019 Ram 3500 Deleted EGR and DPF ) It will do this for 4-5 minutes and then will run absolutely normal. I noticed my turbo vane position is 30-40 when acting up and 10 when it corrects itself. ( at idle )
Could it just be sticky vanes?

Sounds like your turbo actuator is starting to fail.

Prior to delete, I had major problems with EGR and DPF. Having regen every 80-100 miles. Pretty bad soot. But when it runs, the vane position moves up and down as it should.

Did you ever get this resolved? My 2019 is doing exactly same thing been deleted sense 14k now at 105k. No codes either. My exhaust tone jumps back and forth on start up and when I drive it wont accelerate until I drive a mile or two then it drives normal.
