You may want to check with Ram connected services if it’s been a while since you conversed with them. They recently restructured their connection packages. The new structure has the remote start feature (from your phone) bundled with the monthly mobile WiFi package. I used to pay for the older package that included the remote start feature, but I lost it when my subscription expired. Because they revamped their connection packages, They did not automatically renew me. I called to inquire why my remote start feature disappeared from my phone app, and this was the reason behind it. I elected not to pay the additional $200. Remote lock / unlock is now standard and free for ten years.
