My 2022 3500 Laramie 800 miles, I have no front parking lights from new, setting alarm or remote start they do not flash. The blinker works on both sides and i checked the bulbs that are all good. The side marker light is on along with the rear tail lights. They are not LED just standard bulbs. Using the headlight switch turned to parking lights everything goes on except the front marker/parking lights. It was a long wait for this truck im trying not to go to dealer

On those headlights you have pictured, the section you have circled are turn signals only. They do not function as parking lamps.
With a normally functioning headlamp like yours, when the parking lights are on, the upper and lower white strips will be illuminated along with the amber markers on the side of the headlamp. Is that how they currently behave?

Yes correct but when the headlights are on they are not on either, I have a tradesman and they come on. I like to drive with them on with the cab lights only. But you are right. Is that how they are designed? I would think when I put
the parking lights on the daytime runnings lights go out and the amber park lights would come on.

That his how they are designed to function.
The amber bulbs on the lowest part of those headlamps are turn signals only.
The white upper and lower strips are the signature lamps during the daytime when the headlights are not on, and parking lamps when the headlights are on.
The only amber markers on those headlamps when the headlights or parking lights are on are the small side markers.

Ok, thank you Jimmy for that information. I had no idea that’s how they were designed.
