My 2021 3500 CCSB CTD, ordered on 1/28, was delivered on April 20th. First thing I did was have the 30 gallon OEM fuel tank swapped out for a 52 gallon Titan tank. I was worried about doing something like this to a brand new truck but really did not want to live with the approx 25-26 gallons the OEM 31 g tank would give me before needing to find fuel. Just for info, before the swap I did run the truck for about 10 or 15 miles after the low fuel warning light came on and when they removed the OEM tank there was still at least 5 gallons in there. I got it got installed okay by a customs shop and I have 450 mi on it so far and all is good. Time will tell.

I have not towed anything with the truck yet of course but it drives well and the Transforce tires seem OK on the highway. Only minor thing is I do wish is that the steering wheel telescoped out but I have seen that complained about with these Rams. For a lot of us if we move the seat back so that the dash is not bumping our knees then it's a bit of a stretch to reach the top steering wheel and on long drives it could be more comfortable. At least the wheel drops down which does help a little. Still waiting for the ARE shell which I've had on order for 10 weeks now. I'm sure I will have a few questions about things as I get up to speed on making a 20-year jump in truck technology and going to a diesel. But I will post those in separate threads if I don't find the answers already here. The wait was worth it and all of the dealers around here are still without any one ton trucks on their lots so ordering and waiting was the only option.
