New-to-us 2019

Hey all, we just bought this 2019 2500 tradesman gasser a few weeks back. 66,000 miles, almost all the options we were looking for, and the price was right. Looking at upgrading travel trailers, and our 20 year old f150 wouldn't tow what we want.

Thanks everybody. We've been pulling a 21ft travel trailer for the last 10 years or so, and we're looking at going to a 30ft fifth wheel. I need to add the mounts still and will probably go with the factory pucks, then new bedliner and hard tonneau of some sort. So far been really happy with everything except the mpg but that's not far off what my old ford would get.

Nice truck. Good luck with the camper search. So many floorplans/makes/models. We migrated from TT to 5er a few years back and like it a lot. I too installed the puck system in the truck currently running a B&W Companion and now I’m prepping to go Gooseball setup and change my trailers kingpin out. Looking to rid of the crap factory pin and gain bed space back when not towing. I say this because depending on the trailer you choose and your intended use….it may save you time, money and headache. Install a Gooseball (less holes in the bed, same-ish amount of work to install) and keep your bed space. Those that tow goose style love it.
