Hey all wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rob, i am a 20yr retired Navy Vet, just ordered my first Ram!! Currently own a 2019 Ford Raptor, love this truck but i don't get to use the power and the ability to tow and still go off road is very appealing to me. so i decided to try something completely different and after research the Ram seemed the best fit. looking forward to a nice form=function build and getting some overlanding and camping in. looking forward to interacting with you all!! in the meantime here is my incoming build i will post pics as soon as i pic her up!!

Thanks for your service Brother. 21 year retired Navy as well.
Looks like you've ordered a good truck. Start a build thread to document your build so we can all enjoy it with you.

defintely not 20 lol, i was stating that i am retired form the Navy after a 20 yr carear. but if there are some 20 yr olds running around in these trucks good for them!!

Welcome, that looks like a nice truck. The only thing I would add is to make sure that it's going to have sufficient payload for what you want to do. A 2500 with a Cummins is pretty lacking on payload so seeing that with a 5th wheel prep can be an eyebrow raiser. There have been some people who were unpleasantly surprised when they saw the payload sticker on their new truck and then subtracted their pin weight from that.
