New to me 2024 Ram 2500.

Hey guys new to the Adam community. Just picked up a 2024 Ram 2500, below. My first goal was swapping on the black rims. I love the truck but wanted ask about a small annoyance. I switched from the18” tansforce ht to the new 20” transforce at/2. Seems most don’t like the tires. My question, between 50-65, there is a decent highway hum which seems like tire noise on both tires. AT/2 seem quieter but thought maybe a wheel bearing. Should I assume that part of the tire hatred? I have the 6.4 and very happy.

Welcome aboard. Nice rig. I didn’t notice much if any tire noise with the 20 inch Transforce tires. They certainly were not a great tire but they got my pavement princess through about 32,000 miles before I swap them out. I feel they were pretty quiet.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe it's just the different pavement on the tires. Thought maybe a diff whine in the front end otherwise, everything smooth.

Thanks everyone. Well, I was doing an inspection on my 2024 and I have the infamous, transfer case output shaft seal leaking. It's got a light haze of oil around everything so I wonder if that could be the noice I am hearing with lower fluid. Not sure. Kinda surprised with low miles.
