It's what all the cool kids are talking about.

Basically, the CP4 high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) in your truck, unless replaced by an aftermarket CP3 kit, has a high failure rate due to a crap design.

19-20 trucks are equipped with the CP4. RAM finally issued a recall that started May 10, but parts and dealer techs are a limited resource so if you didn't get in line early, it's months or perhaps as much as a year now to get a slot. If the CP4 fails, they will replace with the new pump kit.
