Greetings. I am awaiting my '21 2500 as I just recently got the VIN and ship date from dealer. I have been a Ford guy until this point in my life. This isn't my first HD truck but is the first in a very long time. This forum has assisted me in settling for a Ram when researching trucks.

New to forum, switching from Ford to Ram

I rather enjoy the interior of the Ram compared to Ford's. Also, since I am not towing regularly to require a diesel, the towing capacity of the Hemi vs the Ford's made more sense to me. The other fact was the price; I could get more luxuries from the Ram without paying the higher price from Ford. Lastly, the salesmen were night and day. The Ford salesman I have dealt with the last 10 years left me hanging. The Ram salesman was available for any questions I had and if he was unable to answer them, he had someone call me back who could.
