New PW winch set-up

Hey guys, I just took delivery of my 2022 PW yesterday. The dealer did not set up the winch, as in the line is not pulled through the fairlead and is still wrapped around the spool. How do I access it?

Crawl under the truck.
Snip the zip ties holding it to the spool.
Feed it thru the fairlead.
It's supposed to be done at the train yard from what I've heard. But a lot of trucks are not getting done, including mine.
Simple task to do though
