Be interested to know how the painted bumper holds up with the xpel. I went for Chrome for that reason.

My last truck had chrome bumpers. That's tougher for sure. But it still got rusty, so it is not bulletproof either.
I really hope the film will help as much as I think it will. Sadly, they were pretty busy so it will take 10 more days before I get mine done. Hopefully not too many flakes until then.
Next spring will tell if it was a good idea or not. Winter is very hard on fronts with all those abrasives they use here.
