Hello all,

Have my first Ram on the way: 2020 Longhorn megacab 3500 HO in max steel. Very excited! Trading in a 2016 F350. Have also owned GM and Toyota trucks over the years.

A part if the reason to make the change is I own a 2015 Challenger SRT 392 and really enjoy it. I have had no problems whatsoever. The other reason is on a whim I took a Longhorn for a testdrive and I just loved the cattle/black interior.

Welcome to the RAM family. I just picked up my 19 mega red pearl 2500 RamBoxs sport Laramie yesterday. What delivery time guestiment did they give you?

Thanks! I didn't ask - just assumed 3 or 4 months. I was really close on picking the red pearl. My original build to the dealer was that colour - I think it looks great. Billet silver too. But I could not get max steel out of my head so I went with that.

BDS leveling kit and shocks are on. So are the winter tires and gatorback mudflaps. The hood deflector is coming off...looking for something a little less prominent. Resized_20200206_144632.jpegResized_20200206_144606.jpeg

Looks good. Is it already spring out there in la-la land;) switching from the icey’s to mud tires? How do like them and what size? It seems like most have a hate-on for Firestone’s but I have thought those MT’s looked interesting. Maybe you own a Firestone shop? Anyhoo rock on.

I live on Vancouver Island and it feels like spring here now. The past couple of months were sure wet though.
The MT's are 35x12.5's. A bit of rub at fill turn but not too bad. Good so far! I had the 1st gen version on my old truck and I really liked them. My Grandfather ran Firestone's in the 1950's when he started his logging company and that became a family tradition.
