[Ram big dog]

I have a 2021 ram 6.7l 2500 tradesman diesel. Don’t know if it’s a third generation or anything like that. My first diesel. No fog lights and doesn’t appear to be wired for them. I want some nice bright lights to put there. What will it take and how much am I looking at ?
