Some of you on another forum will have probably seen this thread, but I wanted to share here too since I'm a new member:
When retirement is about to roll around, and you take the wife to an RV show so that she can see how nice the new 5th wheels are.
Out with the old:
In with the new:
You get yourself a nice 2024 RAM 3500 with an HO Cummins. Can't wait to tow with her the first time. I traded the above 2020 RAM 1500 with 5.7 Hemi for it. Definitely a different driving experience. The crew cab is better suited for us too now that we have a good sized dog. I thought about special ordering a 2025, but I got this for $13k off when I got it in February, and they gave me a super fair amount for my 1500. I basically drove the 1500 for five years for $10k or $2k a year. I kind of like the idea of the tried and true AISIN, and I'm an old Jeep guy that's use to those 30k tranny/diff fluid changes anyway.
