My dually with 4.10s gets @15 empty, mixed. A few tenths better on the highway. Barely squeaks out 10 pulling the toy hauler, even when it is empty and dry tanks. I am at 22,500 miles, and it has improved 0.00 MPG.

ALL HAND CALCULATED. No Lie-O-Meter.

My 2020 RAM 3500 HO Aisin, 4.10 DRW, CC, LB, 4x4 I can get up to 17 on the EVIC on an unloaded 120 mile trip. 90% highway with cruise set at 70. The one time so far pulling my camper was 11 mpg for that 250 round trip.

Computed at the pump for my first 1000 miles towing about 10% of that I've averaged 13.077 mpg. Most of my driving is in-town so far.

My 3.73 DRW gets 15MPG in perfect conditions (300miles trip). Basically the same as a 4.10. Why even bother with 3.73?...

Okay my truck is still quite new... Only 10 fill-ups so far. So those results should improve. Hopefully.

Got 9.7MPG towing 10K.

All hand calculated but I must say Lie-O-meter was still within 0.3 every times.

My 20 drw hdho 410 don't get neat what you all are getting. Guess yuns r just drvn miss daisy around and feathering it to brag about a big number. I get 8.5-9.5 mpg while towing 13k fiver. My empty weight mpg is between 11-13 mpg max

Depends on your driving habits.

well after 1000 miles of same route and driving style l am about the same 16.2 mpg

2020 Ram 3500 HO Cummins & Aisin with Calibrated Power's EZ-Lynk Tunes

First trip, starting odometer 1005 (not broken in yet)

San Diego to La Pine, Eastern Oregon.
MPG rates are disappointing but acceptable. Things that affect MPG are:
(1) Installed Leer shell
(2) Installed Falken Wildpeak A/T3 E rated tires.
(3) 2 adults, supplies, gear, etc = approx 9-1000 lbs

The entire route is posted 65 & 70 mph freeway and 65 mph highway.
Was running 10 mph over posted most of the way.
Dropped to 60-65 mph average through three mountain passes.

Tested MPG on level highway:
Steady 70 mph = 17-18 mpg.
75 & 85 mph = 16-17 regardless of road or traffic conditions.

Best was 576 miles at 16.58 mpg (La Pine, OR to Santa Nella, Ca)
At 75-85 mph and 65 avg mph over two mountain passes.
Heavy duty Tow Tune @ +40 hp
Second best was 427 miles at 16.22 mpg (Santa Nella, CA to San Diego, CA)
At 70-85 mph, same speeds over one mountain pass.
including 25-30 miles of stop and go traffic
Heavy duty Tow Tune @ +40 hp
Third best was 301 miles at 15.24 mpg (Corning, CA to LaPine OR)
At 75-80 mph, and 65 avg mph over two mountain passes.
Sport Tune @ +110 hp (EVIC showing 12-12mpg rather than 99 on downhills)
Fourth best was 322 miles at 15.17 mpg (San Diego, CA to Corning, CA)
At 75-80 mph, same speeds over one mountain pass.
Light Duty Tow Tune @ +60 hp

All above was in 40-80 degree mornings and 80-90 degrees day driving
from zero to light variable winds

Local driving has been 13.5 avg mpg.
95% of these runs are 8-12 mile trips.

Edit:
EVIC reported 1 to 1 1/2 mpg higher than hand calculated
