New 2022 2500 Big Horn ordered Level B, got level C?

I ordered a 2500 Bighorn 4x4 diesel back in August with a level B, the salesman said the package was changed to level C. Once received the truck, I noticed there was items missing on C vs the B level package, at a couple hundred dollars cheaper?? The RAM build and price website still shows a level B package offered.

Did the salesman switch the package for unknown reasons (part and chip availability to make a fast sale) or did RAM do away with the level B package.

I'd like to know before I call the salesman to voice my concern?

Level B was discontinued at some point. I think it was late August, or early September, but my memory may be off on that. I ordered August 5th, and got Level B. If your order was accepted with Level B, then it should have been built with it. I guess it's possible Ram changed your order, but I don't think we've seen any evidence of that on any other order. I'd check your POC and see what package is listed.

Thanks you're correct, when I first got a poc in early August it stated a level B, when I ordered it on the 27th the poc stated level C, and was told the RAM changed it. My bad. I should have discussed what options changed. Still happy with my rig.
