I just purchased my third heavy duty ram. The only thing I have so far is my confirmation number 48177711. I have no idea how I can track this vehicle and the production date. I stumbled across this forum hoping you can provide some direction. Thank you

That looks like a VON?
Within just days of the order you should have a VIN.
There's a builds and order thread here
Some info in a sticky here including a link to cryptostickers where you can enter your VIN and get notified when the build sheet (build start) and window sticker (@shipping) is available. It's a Jeep thing so the trims look weird but the info is still available.
Unfortunately RAM doesn't have a good way to track a build other than doing ramchat or bugging your dealer for status codes.
