What up everyone! newbie here. ha. been a chevy guy my whole life and decided switch things up and go with a ram! a diesel at that. so im new to ram and to diesels. Just bought it like 3 days ago. got the longhorn edition. pretty basic. i love the power and the handling and suspension. kinda bummed that the stereo doesnt have xm and i spaced it on making sure it had remote start, which it doesnt. ive been looking into some plug and play remote start modules, i dont know if theres a thread on here or if anyone has any experience with those. other than that im lookin fwd to doing some mods to it. i dont know a whole lot about diesels so im tryin to research when i get the chance. One other thing ive noticed and it really isnt a big deal is when im drivin at around 80mph the left side of my hood seems like it catches alot of wind under it, at first i thought the hood didnt get closed but i guess thats just how it is, wondering if anyone elses hood does the same thing. anyways dont wanna make this longer than it already is.

The Longhorn is pretty loaded, I’ve owned 3 of them, I don’t think I’ve ever even heard of one without remote start and a years free subscription to XM/Sirius. You’ll love the truck, that interior is unmatched in quality. I get a lot of mental satisfaction just sitting in mine. Enjoy
