Have a 2019 ram 2500 Tradesman with the Cummins. About a week ago I noticed a clicking noise from front end. Took to local dealer. After saying it was a broken stud, they apparently then said it was right side hub and cv joint. Picked truck up from dealer last night. The loud noise that was there is gone, but now the original clicking noise is back.
Sounds like this time it’s coming from left side. Is it common for both sides to go at same time? A fluke? Truck has 23000 miles on it. Any help is appreciated. Taking truck back to dealer this afternoon. I’m hoping this isn’t the start of replacing parts to find the issue.

Don't think either hub should be bad at 23,000 miles unless you hit something!!
I agree, as did the dealer. Haven’t hit anything. They tried telling me it was whoever rotated my tires broke stud but as I explained, I don’t rotate my tires as I only get about 40k miles out of them due to work- get lots of screws and nails in them. Last person to put tires on the truck was ram factory.

Update. Took truck back to dealer, dealt with service manager this time. My truck came with steel wheels with the cheap chrome glue on inserts you make them look nice. So after driving with me, letting him rotate tire, noise is gone. He is submitting for 2 new wheels from Ram. Shame that they just didn’t use steel
Wheels instead of trying to dress them up with cheap metal. If noise stays away, I’ll be very happy. Makes me wonder if hub and cv joint were really bad and how they tech didn’t hear the noise after servicing truck.

If you are picking up that many screws and nails then I'm gling to guess your user names means Myrtle Beach. Just a hunch....
