I bought a 2012 ram 2500 5.7. It developed a bad miss. Took it in to get cam and lifters and everything that goes with that process. When they got the heads off two pistons messed up. Here’s my question can you reuse the rods if they aren’t bent or anything? Just out new pistons on them and all new bearings on everything plus machine work.

The rods can be reused. They just need to be checked for straightness and cracks. If they are replacing pistons, make sure they rebalance the crank.
