Navigation fin on roof interfering with carrying a truck camper

I have a 22 2500 that I tried putting a camper on but the shark fin on the passenger side cab hits the camper overhang. Looking to see if that can be replaced with a shorter fin or other option. Otherwise I have to raise the camper 3" above the floor of the bed which changes the center of gravity

As far as I know, all truck camper owners raise their campers. If there was another option (not saying there isn't) I would have heard of it.
