Nav is way off, satellite reliability:NONE

2019 power wagon with the 12” display, navigation shows about 80 miles off of actual location and compass is way off. Tried to calibrate compass ( figure 8’s in parking lot) and no success. Don’t have any nav software with the truck either.. what are my options here ?
