my 12" screen went blank driving home

Well, I contacted my dealer, sales manager to be exact. by text. He sent me a procedure to reboot the radio, and thankfully it worked. I have my screen back. He had me push the two round buttons near the bottom of screen. One is the volume and mute button, drawing a blank on the one to the right of the screen. Pushed and held for about 10 seconds, released, and the radio rebooted. The screen was still black after it was done, and I rotated/pushed the volume button and the screen came on. Did not want to pay to replace the darn screen just before the new truck arrives.
Mine is the 8.4” and while mine was not doing the same thing as yours, it would not hook up to CarPlay wirelessly so I pushed in the power button for 10 seconds and it rebooted my radio and now it works perfectly.
