Hello, I'm dealing with a frustrating issue right now regarding trailer brakes. I work on a fleet of Ram trucks and flat bed trailers, all trailers have always worked with all trucks, now suddenly all the newer Rams won't recognize the brakes on just one trailer. Its a new plug on a fairly new trailer, after doing some diagnostics, I've found that the brakes so indeed work, they work by battery test, and they work on the 2000 24 valve, but the newer Rams (2017-2024) just give me the "check trailer brake wiring" warning and won't send power to the brakes. All other trailers are still braking off of the same controllers.
