I logged into my Mopar account today to check something. Must have mistyped the password, errored out the first try, got in fine second time. Did my check, logged out.
A while later I get a email from Chrysler <[email protected]> that says they locked my account because:
We noticed that someone has been attempting to access your Mopar® Owner Site account, and the maximum amount of login attempts has been reached.
To help protect your online security, your account will be locked for the next 60 minutes. If you are still having trouble logging in after that time has passed, please request a password reset. We apologize for any inconvenience.
It included a password reset button to click, which I ignored.
And in two places it has links to "Contact us" which both point to a broken link:
I was able to log in again successfully 5 minutes later, no problems.
I don't think they really pay much attention sometimes.
