Mopar owner's site?

Does anyone with the 12" uconnect use the Mopar's owner site? I've noticed none of my information is updating. My mileage is still showing 16 miles on January 2020. I cannot pull up any of my warranty information, and it is showing no maintenance records.
Ram is now telling me the 12" uconnect does not support that. This makes no sense to me. My 2014 with the 8" uconnect showed all this information.

12" Uconnect doesn't support Health Monitoring. It may update mileage sporadically.

The owner's site should show warranty, maintenance and service records, mine does.

I have the 12 inch screen and i frequent the owners site. So brutal is accurate, it doesn't support health monitoring, wich sucks. The way that your mileage and maintenance records change is if you or a dealer puts it in. I put personnel records of my accessory installs on there with dates and mileage and your entry's will show owner. I have had to contact ram customer service 3 times now because the dealership put maintenance records on there ( attached to my vin) that never happened. They took them off with a few day wait period. Once was service that i believe happened to my old trade and the other 2 were when i took my rv wheels down to have sensors installed, none of wich had anything to do with my truck. Take note that i only have 3500 miles logged, so i don't know what might transition over time .
