Mopar Max Care Warranty Card?

How long did it take you guys to receive paperwork or the warranty card? I purchased the warranty late September from the selling dealer but I haven’t received any sort of paperwork. I called the 1800 number and they verified my truck is covered.

I just bought a Mopar warranty from Granger yesterday. Today to make sure it was in the system, I went to "mopar.com" and logged in. It's the same log in as "ramtrucks.com". You can click on "my garage" from either site. Select your vehicle, and it will show your warranty info on that page. Click on "view your plan", then click on "Want to print your Plan Provision? Click here" if it was not on the previous page. That link went to the exact same letter that was sent to me by email by Granger. First line on page 2 of that letter reads. " NOTE: Place this Plan in your glove compartment or other secure place in the Vehicle".

I just went and looked, but nothing has a date on it other than start date and expiration. I couldn't remember how long after buying. I would guess a few weeks?

Did you click on "Want to print your Plan Provision? Click here"? It is my understanding that letter is the documentation of your warranty. The header on mine reads as below. Most of that same info plan number and dates is also on the page with that link on the "my dashboard" page on the mopar site. You should see your warranty under "my coverage plans" on that page. The date you purchased the warranty has no bearing on the start and end date of the warranty.

Thanks guys I will go to the site and see. I was just under the impression that I was going to get a laminated card. I had one for my old dodge and the finance person told the same thing. Is that something from the past?

I think so. I don't believe I got a card with mine. Not even sure why you'd need to keep a copy in the truck. Any Mopar dealer will be able to pull it up based on the VIN.
