Mirrors - what camera?

Hoping someone can help me understand what I’ve got with my tow mirrors. I don’t have surround view cameras, but I’m fairly certain my mirrors have cameras on them. The only cameras my truck has that I can utilize is cargo, rearview mirror, backup cam and wired tow cam…so I don’t have anything that would require a camera on the mirrors.

Can someone let me know if my mirrors, for some reason, are the same as equipped on the surround view trucks? If so, could I easily add surround view if I added a front cam and updated software?

Not cameras. Those are the mirror mounted backup lights. Bottom button on the headlight dial. Must be in park or reverse to work and they go off in drive.

Any idea how to replace one and where to find what bulb is used for it? Have a 19 Ram 5500 with one that is out.
