Mirror Lights questions

First post, so I apologize if this has been covered.

I've had my 2024 3500 big horn for about a month now and I have a couple of questions about the mirror lights.

  1. For the "ditch" lights, the ones that face outward at about a 45* angle, can those be made to come on with the high beams?
    1. Can they be made to come on at speeds above what they are set to from the factory?
  2. For the both the ditch and downward facing lights on the mirrors, is there a way for those to turn off with the headlights, i.e. when I lock the doors? Mine stay on, I'm assuming, indefinitely. I didn't want to drain the battery so I had to turn them off manually after about 10 minutes after I locked the doors.

At this point the answer to both your questions is no. Someone may figure something out in the future, but those of us that have looked into it so far have had no luck.

The mirror lights will eventually shut off on their own, but I’ve never timed it so I’m not sure how long it takes.

I think by "ditch lights" you're asking about what RAM calls the "forward utility lights" ? Mine shut off in a bit, probably 10 minutes. There's a option to turn them on manually but it's controlled by a 10 minute timer. This is from the owner manual:
