No top shock on my MegaHemi. Yes I have done the necessary loosen and tighten on all 4 rear arms. It isn't easy since there are quite a few things in the way of the bolt head (tire, shock) and the stock nuts are purposely rounded making you have to hit the bolt head instead of the nut.
