2017 3500 Laramie HO. Neither side is working for the lumbar seat adjustment. Passneger side seems hard, wife is complaining about it ..neither seat seems to do anything when pushing the lumbar buttons.
I checked the owners manual but dont see a fuse for the lumbar ...only for the power seat.
That power seat fuse and all the other seat functions ( tilt forward heated /cooled ) all look / work just fine.
Has any guru seen this before? Any clue as to the right fuse? Is there a air pump that feeds each seat or both? Does that have a fuse ? I looked but dotn see any thing for that in the manual or the fuse box.
Help a fellow long term RAM owner here, please ( happy wife etc.)

Unplug each seat plug, inspect clean and see if that does anything. I had a 2019 that did the same thing, plug had some corrosion in it cause it was fully seated.

ok ..any clue as to which plug? lots of wiring and plugs under both front seats? I will get under there with my inspection camera and see what it can see...

Yellow would be the SRS system (airbags) so you need to unplug the gray connector (could be black too)

Got it working....the seat lumbar bags were overinflated prolly 'cos it has sat in the sun over the summer. With key in RUN but engine off, i pushed hard on the bags while using the switch to deflate...took several tries but then the switch started to work and i could hear the motor running and the bags deflated. I fully deflated them and then added a little air using the buttons to test if that worked which it did...Then I fully deflated them using only the buttons again.

Used my inspection camera and there must be 20 odd plugs scattered around under there so went the way i wrote above.....only saw one yellow plug though...

Wife is now happy with happy back.....Thanks gentlemen and i hope this helps any one with a similar issue
