Loud Deep Bass sound inside truck on cold (outside Temps <20f) Start

I have looked but could not find info on this one. I also have the infamous chirp sound but it isnt that bad yet (only 1000 miles). This sounds like someone is parked next to me playing loud music with a thumping base sound. It changes with engine RPM. It does it even after engine comes up to temp. It goes away after driving about 5-10 miles depending on how cold it is outside.

Any ideas or help appreciated.

You nailed it. It stops when i roll driver side window down about 1/2 way. Tried it several times even inching the window up and down a bump at a time to confirm.
