Looking to replace RC shocks From RC Lift

Would like some feedback on whether I should go Bilstein 5100 or spend an extra $200-$250 on Fox 2.0? I know both will outperform The RC's but looking at which would be better for 2.5 lifted Ram 2500 4th gen

The 5100s will be a minor improvement over stock or RC. If the wallet allows it go with fox.
