Looking to add camera to camper using factory hookup

I saw someone on another thread speak of adding a camera to their truck camper and using the factory connection. This is something I'm interested in doing, but thought I'd ask on my own thread rather than jumping in on theirs. I think I know which camera to get, pictures attached. What I'm not sure about is getting an extension cable. Someone mentioned a Fakra Z weatherproof extension cable. Can anyone tell me if that's what I need for the camera type I'm looking at? I appreciate any insight

Yes I bought that same camera off aliexpress and a fakra cable, the one in my pic fit the camera side but I had to cut off a rib to make it fit truck side.

You can buy proper camera housings but I’m a cheapskate with a vise and a big hammer.

Thank you for the info! I’ll probably build a mount as well. You wouldn’t happen to have a part # for the cable would you?
