Godspeed on the install. I wish there was a frame rail slider with a amp step option, but there isn't so that is what I'm looking at. This ones are supposed to work with my amp steps.Godspeed on the install. I wish there was a frame rail slider with a amp step option, but there isn't so that is what I'm looking at. Let us know what you think.
Yeah, the RED (Randy Ellis Designs) sliders should work with the amps according to him and others who have installed. That said, the RED sliders attach along the bottom of the rocker panel, via like 20 something drilled holes. I would prefer to have a frame mounted option, mainly because I'm living in new England and corrosion is a serious issue. This ones are supposed to work with my amp steps.
Here are the pictures after the installation was made by the body shop. They are HD for sure...Godspeed on the install. I wish there was a frame rail slider with a amp step option, but there isn't so that is what I'm looking at. Let us know what you think.
Could be totally me but they look boxier than what I recall seeing. You opted for no bed step or did they stop doing the bed step? I hope they treat you well, and if you bash them up please give some report to how they hold up.Here are the pictures after the installation was made by the body shop. They are HD for sure...
I was never given the option for the bedstep... Hopefully I will never have to test their abilities to hold up against hits...Could be totally me but they look boxier than what I recall seeing. Lucky me I don't...^^^^^if you live where they salt the roads in the winter, or by the coast it'll only take a few years

I can take some shots from under the truck where they are mounted if you need more than what poolmonkey posted above.
Thanks. Mine are all fabbed up now. When I was originally looking I wasn’t sure how many feet touched the frame. I went with 3.Some more photos of the White Knuckle sliders.
