In case your interested for visual reference, I just put on a set of wheels that are -18 offset. You can see the poke from the below picture. I intended to do that as I am also installing some paint-matched fender flares that will cover
up most of the poke.
No worries. I wasn't trying to clarify or correct your post, just trying to answer his. When talking offsets, you never know if someone missed the + or - especially if they're using their phone.
Negative offset on an HD Ram is going to severely limit your tire size for the lift amount. That offset throws tires into the fender and bumper pretty easily.

Nah! I had to do a little plastic trimming on the rear part of the wheel liner on each side of the front wheel wells, but that's it. Clear the front perfectly, and I'm running 37X12.50's as well. I did lift it 3.25" so maybe that helped. I had heard that it might be a problem, but after talking with the guys at CJC Offroad and Thuren I decided to take the chance.
