Limited Headlights

I have a 2019 Ram 3500 tradesman, and I was wondering if I’m able to upgrade to the limited headlights ? I’ve recently been looking into the retro shop plug and play harness. But I’ve seen on here that people talk about having to use a third step like flashing the truck ? Was wondering if you guys could help me understand a bit more before buying any parts
