Are the updated 2025s faring any better than the 19-24 engines when it comes to cam/lifter failures?
In this video they tear down a 2025. Yes it’s a new block but the same lifters. Personally I suspect block machining may have affected the lifter situation so the new block might be a positive change with that in mind. They are 2 completely different engines bud.

Especially if they are using the same lifters, which they hinted at. I wanted them to spend time comparing the 2025 parts, with the previous generation, especially the parts that have had issues. too much time showing the disassembly.Have not heard of any issues yet but they are just coming out time will tell

You can skip ahead to the end of the video where they have the parts laid out on a table for comparison.
This guy's videos have been pretty informative for me.
He does videos with a pickup truck enthusiast that I think used to do hot shot work and towed campers a lot for vacations. Fairly reasonable reviews, but he does give ram a lot of push back about the 2500 payload, especially in the megacab version.
Be careful what you believe. He's put out a LOT of misinformation and FUD and gets a lot of things wrong and twisted up when he babbles.
