LED swap on my 2021 2500

I recently swapped my halogen w/oem projector led. I programmed the head lights using Alfa obd. My question is Do u have to enable the quad headlight function on the alfa app? Im trying to get the DRL working. Can sm1 help me w/code info. It would b appreciated....Thx

I just plugged them in the OEM halogen wire harness from the factory. I dont know if the halogen to led headlights. Need 2 b programmed using Alfa obd. I was able to program the headlights, but not the DRL using Alfa. I noticed there is a Quad lamp light feature on Alfa. So Im wondering if that needs to be enabled. Since the halogen where factory headlights.... Anyone z help this is driving me crazy....

I’m assuming you meant that you swapped in the OEM reflector LED headlights, not the projector LED headlights, correct? Because it’s not possible to plug the OEM LED projector headlights right into the halogen headlight connectors on the truck.

I have tried w/o any success. I got the turn signals as DRL not the DRL TRIM lighting... Thx 4 ur help - Im still scratching my head

Ok, I’m not sure what settings you already changed, but revert them all back to what they originally were when you had halogens. Then, start fresh, making only the changes that I outlined in the following linked post:

Im asking because the DRL are on when the lights are on. W/O the truck being on, when I turn on the truck. The DRLs start to Hyp.Flash

Yes, I’m positive. As long as you put whatever settings you changed back to the way they originally were, then change only the settings from my list, they will work 100% like factory. If you have a Canadian truck, there will be a few more settings.

in short, no lights on in daytime if chosen Auto

and no lights at all if chosen off
