I just installed the OEM mid LEDs and used AlfaOBD to change the settings. Just curious what changing the settings does? I tested the lights as I installed and they worked just fine before any changes.
After the changes to the settings I did toggle the daytime runnings lights on the rodeo and the LED strips never turned off. Is this what I should expect or did I do something wrong while changing settings? On AlfaOBD, the screen said to cycle key for 30 seconds. What does this mean when you have a key fob?

Thanks for the help.

you would have some flickering issues more than likely. sig strips didn't work on mine until I changed settings.

cycle key = keep truck off for 30 seconds after a change. you should be in acc mode during a change ( hit start button twice without foot on brake )

Hitting the start button twice would put the truck in run mode right? Which is what you need for alfa?

Daytime running lights turns the headlights on at reduced power. The LED strips in the lights are “signature lights”, and can be disabled in AlfaOVD, but there’s no way to turn them on and off from any built-in menus.

Ok. When I changed the settings the first time I had the ignition off. Made all the changes in Alfaobd and now when I go back to those same settings, it shows the current setting as yes. Does this mean it took the changes?
