Lane sense/keep not working after windshield replacement and re-cal

Had to replace the windshield on my 22 3500 limited longhorn. Shop replaced windshield and recalibrated everything, but lane keep will not lock on (just shows white) I think the FCW is also not working correctly. I do not get a "service Lane sense/keep" notification on the dash, and I can hit the button and it turns on, just doesn't work anymore.

I've reached the end of Google researching and the only thing I see is it possibly needs a specific adhesive for the unit when being replaced. I'm out of my realm of expertise when it comes to electronics, so I figured I'd check here and see if anyone had some experience, or ran into the issue during a prior replacement.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Edit to add I have a return appointment this Friday with the repair shop, but I don't have a ton of faith in the tech.

Go back to the glass shop.

Did they use OEM glass?

No it's not OEM. They ran the vin and got the glass that the truck needs, just not OEM.

Time to go back to the glass shop. You may have to request OEM, I haven’t read great things about non-OEM glass and the sensors.

Not supposed to calibrate anything.

The windshield should already have the mirror/cam mount pre-affixed.

I had mine done recently and told them specifically to not attempt recalibration. That said, it was OEM glass.

I supposedly got a small parts and labor discount as my son works for an Autonation RAM dealer, but it was $670. Safelite is probably around $700 for OEM.

Insurance covered it from a larger hailstorm claim.
