Keyfob issue

I have 2 key fobs for my 2022 ram 3500 diesel that stopped working. I have looked everywhere and cant find any solution to fix it. The truck still starts but will not lock or unlock. I've changes the batteries but it wasn't it. Especially since both key fobs stopped working at the same time.

I had that issue with my 2016 Laramie 3500 and had to have the RF hub replaced.

Try a new set of batteries and maybe check them with a volt meter and compare to what was taken out. For the system to reset they need to be real good. If the new ones were marginal they may never work. Also try pushing the start button with the keyfob instead of your finger. I think the metal end. This may reassociate the keys to the truck after battery replacement. I am guessing but this is some things to try. After that I would take it to the dealer with both keys.....

Sounds silly but try tapping your fob on something solid and see if it works. Mine did this and still does time to time. I keep my key in my pocket a lot and moisture and prongs on the battery tray dont make good contact. If that doesn't do anything it will be the RF hub most likely.
