Key Fob

What is the difference in key fob part #68575429AA and 68575430AA ? I have a 22 Bighorn 2500 6.7 and don’t have remote tailgate drop and would like to add it and was looking at fobs and i can’t for the life of me see any difference. i already have remote start if that matters.

Tailgate release just needs the fob and the tailgate strut no programming needed, when i added the button to my OEM FOB it worked instantly
