Katzkin cost? What did you pay

That would be roughly where I’d be at if I bought them myself and paid one of the local upholsterers I called. They wanted $1600+ and I told him I just wanted installation. He said $650. The ones online I want I can get for $720.

Got a complete front & rear set for a crew cab for $570 including shipping.
Not sure on installation yet. The guy that did the best upholstery work around here
closed his shop last month. Oh well, doesn't matter, because the truck likely won't
be here for another 3 or 4 months. Might give it a go myself.

Where did you order yours from? I’ve seen a lot near that price on eBay but they were the perforated ones. Because of the weird way Katzkin markets their product prices are all over the place.

I ordered off eBay and got the ones with the perforated centers. I like the contrast of the perforations and I thought it
might be a little less slippery than the OEM leather in my 99 3500. Anyway, a good set of seat covers are nearly the
price I paid for the Katzkin's so I thought I would try them.

I have installed Katzkin in two different vehicles. The first install was in a 2017 Ford F150. You do have to remove the seats and you will probably need some hog rings and the pliers you use with them. It was a time consuming job. It too me both days over a weekend. There were some tedious steps but nothing crazy difficult.

The second vehicle was a 2010 Camaro. This was a much easier install vs the F150.

Either way, I say go for it. Be patient and you will succeed. It is very satisfying when you are done.
