I finally got a Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi Regular cab HD. It has 300k miles and a broke 6.4 Hemi. I found a 29k mile 6.4 engine and all I have to do is swap it out. 
It was worked hard with a gooseneck hitch in the bed and lots of miles. I found a new 2024 take off bed, and tailgate from an 18. Had to get creative on the right side of the tailgate to use the older tailgate. I've i've been chasing parts, got a set of new take off 20 inch Laramie LT wheels and tires, some HD steel plate bumpers front and rear, a complete front harness, fuse box, ECM (somebody was jumping the fuses with twisted wires) and lots of new 3 inch dual custom exhaust parts. I also found a white ARE tonneau and will be spraying in my own bed liner. Lots to do, first is to get the engine swapped and make it a runner. I'm also adding a set of JBA 2 inch long tube headers - trying to figure out what to do with the EGR???
