Invoice pricing near western Pennsylvania?

Has anyone been able to order a 2022 truck near western PA and received close to invoice pricing?

Ron Lewis (Cranberry Twp. Pa.) has 3 x 2021 Laramie Crew/Long/Dually Cummins trucks. They are straight MSRP sticker. I just told them that I am not interested, come down near invoice... and I'll buy. They said there is not a chance that they would drop $100 from MSRP.... no way.

I may order out of state if I can find an east coast dealer that will work numbers towards invoice.
