Howdy, new to the forum, but have searched here and elsewhere for a path towards a resolution.
I have a 2016 2500 Tradesman 6.4 with four wheel drive. I bought it used. The interior lights do not work. The outlets in the dash do not work. The four way flashers/hazard lights do not work. The 12V cigarette lighter/outlet in the center console works--but that's it.
When the truck is on, the headlights are on. The headlamp/headlight switch has no effect on the headlights or interior overhead lights. The headlights are always on (unless the truck is off) and the headlights (interior overhead lights, and outlets in the dash) will not work.
I have take out the headlamp/headlight switch and it looks like all the wires were cut and reconnected with crimp wire connectors.
I have looked at the fuses-all look good.
I want to get this figured out because it is an otherwise good truck.
Thanks!
