Let’s hope for better results in the 2019/2020 models. I had a bad experience with my diesel 2500 leaking oil which is referenced in this article too. Keeping my fingers crossed the Hemi lives up to my expectations, so far it has.

Auto journalism at its worst. Especially if you're invoking the Consumer Reports (CR) factor. CR has a well documented bias towards Chrysler/Daimler Chrysler/Cerberus/FCA vehicles going back decades. And let's not forget that this is a consumer products organization that tested snow blowers with wet sawdust! They (my opinion) have no credibility. I won't dispute that auto manufacturers churn out junk from time to time. To wit: I wouldn't drive a Hemi powered truck if you gave it to me - long story. Anyhoo, vehicle ownership, regardless of branding, has been and will continue to be a crap shoot. Sometimes ya get a good one, other times ya get junk and grief from a product that long ago epitomized the term "muscle car."

At least Toyota advertises their truck is a trd!
