Inspecting trackbar

Is there a good inspection procedure for the front trackbar. I have front-end shake and tire cupping on my 2020 PW with 67k miles. Bar feels tight but not sure if there is a better method to check.

I pulled the shocks and both are still charged enough I needed a floor jack to get them bolted back up.
Upper ball joints have a very slight radial movement but I would assume I would see inner cupping/wear not outer.
I set the toe to a little on the toe out side. If my math is correct, it is somewhere around .02 degrees.
Truck goes in this week to the shop for an inspection and alignment to Thuren specs but I'd rather tackle the trackbar before it goes in.

Also, we yanked on the steering wheel with the truck off. Did not notice any movement is the steering but we were in gravel. I will go out tonight on my paved driveway with it running and see if we missed anything.

I can feel the upper ball joint movement, can't see any movement like in many of the videos online. I'd be curious to see how those trucks drove with all that play. Mine is downright miserable right now.

Air pressures have been down into the 30s and is now back to 50F and 40R. Tires are 3157017 Baja Boss. Winter tires have the same cupping so I assume it is not all tire related.
