Inner wheel liners on Laramie?

When building a 2500 online, you used to be able to add the rear wheel well liners on the Laramie, but now you can't . It's still an option on the Bighorn and lower. Even the dealer stated there was nothing in their parts house for a Laramie. Why is this? Also.....why is this even an option on the lower models? It should be standard across the lineup. My first Dodge was a '99 half ton, and NOT the fanciest one, and it had them stock. On the 2007 that I just sold, I had to buy them and install them.

rear window defrosters is an option for a 3500 tradesman on the 2019. I thought some options like that are standard now.

Aren't they standard now on the HD Laramie's?

It's listed on their website as a standard feature for the Laramie. I can confirm they were included on my Laramie.
